  • Course inquiry details, including organization, team size, learning needs, and messages you choose to provide.
  • Transaction and order records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Spodigitals.
  • Essential technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, session continuity, and site operation.

Why we use it

  • Provide course access, customer support, account functions, and requested proposals.
  • Process and document orders, refunds, taxes, and business records.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Send marketing only when you have separately chosen to receive it. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to operate the storefront, commerce backend, hosting, and payments, including Vercel, DigitalOcean, and Stripe. Providers process information for defined operational purposes and may store or process it outside your jurisdiction, where it can be subject to local laws.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, legal and tax records, dispute handling, and security. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, backups, and service monitoring appropriate to the information involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
