Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases and use of Spodigitals services supplied by Spodigitals.
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Course information and eligibility
You must provide accurate purchase and account information and be legally able to enter into a contract. Course descriptions state the subject, format, duration, and price. Any prerequisites are disclosed on the applicable course page.
Prices, taxes, and payment
The price and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Card payments are processed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation.
Digital delivery
Courses are digital services; no physical goods are shipped. A Spodigitals account is connected automatically to the email used at checkout. Course access appears in My Courses after confirmed payment and order processing. Contact info@spodigitals.com if a paid course does not appear.
Licence and acceptable use
- Your purchase grants one named learner a limited, non-transferable licence to use the course for personal or internal professional learning.
- Do not share account access, reproduce or resell course content, remove ownership notices, scrape the service, or use it unlawfully.
- Team use requires the number of seats agreed in the order or custom proposal.
Learning outcomes
We aim to provide accurate, useful educational material but do not guarantee employment, income, certification, business results, or mastery. Outcomes depend on participation, prior experience, and circumstances outside our control.
Refunds and cancellations
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. If a custom proposal contains different cancellation terms, the signed proposal controls for that engagement.
Availability and changes
We may update course material to maintain quality and relevance. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security and will use reasonable efforts to restore service. If we permanently discontinue a paid course before delivery, we will offer a suitable remedy or refund.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Spodigitals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of educational content. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the company's registered office, without excluding consumer protections that apply where you live.
